Shipping & Returns
All orders are shipped using USPS (United States Postal Service) and Fedex. Orders are processed and leave our warehouse within two business days of order date, excluding weekends and holidays. An email will be sent to notify you once your order has shipped with a tracking number. juniper is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances, including carrier delays.
At this time we are only offering standard shipping. If you need your order by a certain date, please contact us at email@example.com and we will work with you to find the best option. Additional charges may apply.
At this time we can only offer shipping within the United States.
